• Internationally (selected destinations)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. Yutori Kaori is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery timing is outside our control.
