Yutori Kaori is a small, mindful business. Each item is selected or made with care, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our customers. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Handmade & Natural Materials
Many Yutori Kaori items are handmade or crafted from natural materials. Variations in colour, texture, scent, or finish are part of their character and are not considered faults.
Returns Process
If a return is approved:

Items must be returned unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
